Terpstra's 2004 collection of poetry, Disarmament, was nominated for a Governor General's award for poetry, and his recent non-fiction work, The Boys, or, Waiting for the Electrician's Daughter, published by Gaspereau Press, was short-listed for the Charles Taylor Prize. This recording was taken from a CD project John did with pianist Bart Nameth.
